Less than ideal design & requires phone call permission to even load the app... NO! This is not how permissions should be implemented. This is overreach and out of context, fails best practices for Android 6 permissions and the explanation is go to the FAQ instead of giving the explanation there. I tried to follow the instructions to locate the FAQ for the permissions, but I have yet to locate the permissions FAQ. Very disappointed in the way permissions are handled in this app. Tickets for the app have to be created within the app can't email the dev, fail!

HD quality drops out often. After update will not connect to media server. Will not play all subscribed channels. Says not connect to home network. Problems since August 2017. Only help from tech support is reboot reinstall! Recent live tech support useless. Asked for best time to call and called 2 hour past time I was home for 5 days. Then closed ticket because couldn't get hold of customer!!! Now the error message is "Could not process your request. Try again later." No faith in tech support. Update 3/28/2018: Closed new ticket again!! No response from email.

I only have 1 major issue with the app. When I try to play a recording of a cartoon for my niece, the show will skip while the intro to the show is coming on. My niece doesn't pay attention to that because she's only 2, but it is still very annoying. Once that happens there is always an error message and then the show won't play at all. Which in turn I have to close the app out completely and then restart it.

The filter does not really show the networks that you have subscribed too. On-demand has more paid items then free. App also does not have a history of last shows you watched. Apps crashes a lot too. Comcast app is much better.

iOS's app works great. I don't know why this app for Android devices sucks, I have a Pixel 2 XL and it's horrible to use the remote features because it won't even connect. Need to fix this ASAP.

Was better before the latest update was done. Every time I try to use it I am unable to retrieve anything there's always an error code please fix Verizon!
