CONSTANT UPDATES WITH NO FIXES. Requiring me to be at home to use DVR is annoying enough... But the other issues are inexcusable. I can literally be standing next to my set top box and router, yet STILL get connection errors (happens on every phone I've owned). We pay so much money. It's the same issues for years. I just don't understand why a working app in 2021 is too much to ask. Every other company seems to pull it off! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

there phone app sucks. not only does it buff a lot but you get get kicked out a lot also. Another problem is trouble connecting a lot even if you are at home next to the box. Honestly if it was up to me i would not have fios. Would much rather have Comcast because I never had an issue with their phone app. I have Verizon because it's a lot cheaper than Comcast but I'm starting to rethink if it's really worth it!!

when it works it's great. too often it's slow to connect when I'm on someone else's 300 mbps wifi while only another cellphone is using wifi. when it does work the connection could drop at any moment. vz doesn't really want people to use this. it's just part of their plan to justify ridiculous cable prices

Constant streaming issues with lagging, freezing, glitching, pixelating or just straight cutting off watching a DVR recording. For the $$$$ that we spend this is not acceptable! We have a GB connection and only 2 devices working on it so to me the question is why?If fios can't fix these issues then going to switch to Xfinity. $243/month for gb triple play,no movie stations. It seems loyal customers get ZER0! All Fios cares about is $$$$. To develor:we have done that over 5 times not helped.

June 18 2021 For 2 weeks I have been out of town and able to watch shows, using the FIOS TV app on my Andriod Samsung A50 , on my home dvr. With no problems. Today, I get a message that I must open the FIOS TV app while on my home router.. What changed? Ps was online with tech support and they totally wiped out the setup at home ,so much the remote had to be reprogrammed.

When watching shows that were recorded on the DVR, they usually play for only about 15 minutes before there is a "connection error ". This happens 99% of the time, in addition, after finally reconnecting, I am not at the spot where I left off. This happens at multiple locations, all of which have good internet connection speeds. Very disappointing. UPDATE I created a ticket, some actions were taken, however I was informed via the app, an email would be better, but still not resolved
