About this app

The eight lessons of Advanced Multiple Choice present and practice the language tested in the multiple choice section of the Cambridge Advanced and other advanced English exams.
Each lesson consists of three sections: Notes, Preview and Practice.
The Notes provide a detailed introduction to the different phrase types tested in this part of the exam (collocations, idioms, phrasal verbs etc).
Preview activities allow you to experiment with building collocations and idioms by reassembling target phrases in different ways.
The Practice activities require you supply the missing word to complete gapped sentences in the same way as on the exam.
As you work your way through the app, you will become familiar with the typical phrase types which you need to be able to manipulate on advanced exams, expanding your vocabulary at the same time as you develop your exam skills.
