It was working well then all of a sudden I am receiving an error message. My test date is in 2 weeks and have been really studying hard on here. Please fix this. I can't log into the app. And I am nervous.

When the app was working absolutely great five/five. But ever since the update for some reason the app is not working for me. I have tried downloading it many times. And it keeps getting stuck on the sign in page. So I have had to rely on studying on the website. Update: customer service was very nice to help me out until the app started working again for me. Turns out if you have an older phone and you haven't updated the phone version you might have trouble with the app until you update it.

Edit: As it turns out the app doesn't seem to work on Android unless you've bought one of the products. Once I purchased my 30-day access it worked flawlessly. The product is expensive and I was hesitant to purchase because of all the money we already have to pay Pearson and your testing center, but I bit the bullet and don't regret it at all. If you want to feel prepped for NCLEX this is the app for you. 75-questions a day for 3 weeks and I passed my exam with the minimum number of questions.
