Dilnoza Ismiyaminova 1983-yil 16-aprel kuni Toshkent viloyatining Yangiyo'l shahrida san'atkorlar oilasida tavallud topdi. Olmaliq shahridagi musiqa maktabini tugatgandan so'ng poytahtimizdagi Xamza nomidagi musiqa kollejini tugatdi. So'ng O'zbekiston Davlat Konservatoriyasini tamomlaydi. Xonandaning xit taronasi esa "Do'ppi tikdim" qo'shig'i bo'lgan. Hozirda xonandaning 5 ta albomi bor. Bular, "Do'ppi tikdim", "Ishqingizda", "Seni kuylayman xayot", "Sevmayman" va "Ota-onam baxtim mani" albomlaridir. Dilnoza Ismiyaminova ko'plab mukofotlarini qo'lga kiritgan. 1999-yil har yili hukumatimiz tomonidan o'tkaziladigan "O'zbekiston Vatanim mani" ko'rik tanlovida birinchi o'rinni egallagan. 2004-yilda esa O'zbekiston Davlat ko'krak nishoni belgisini, 2004-yil "Nihol" mukofotining sovrindori bo'lgan. 2009-yilda Dilnoza Ismiyaminova O'zbekistonda xizmat ko'rsatgan artist unvoniga sazovor bo'ldi.
