This is a good app in theory, but in fact, it is not. Several of the app's functions either don't work or don't work properly. Trying to determine if a prescription is ready for pickup is frustrating, as I must go in and out of the item window several times before it will show me the status. Controlling auto refill functions is impossible. I've complained to Walgreens several times but nothing has been done, hence my 2-star rating. Very user UNfriendly! Words to the wise: "Caveat emptor!"

I have more problems with the Walgreens app on my phone than any other store. It's slow, it's jumpy, the links don't work, it asks you to sign up for things so you fill out their form and then click sign up and you get "sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable." Lots of times they say my email or PW is wrong. When I order from Walgreens. com, the cart is impossible. The + sign works, but the minus doesn't. I ordered curbside pickup for a discount, and that didn't work either. Out of space.

This app is awful. I use it strictly to fill my prescriptions now and I can't even do that anymore. It constantly crashes, has errors, and "cannot load account information try again later". I have everything on my phone updated. This app is just a joke. I used to try to use it to purchase items for pick up. It would crash and delete my entire cart. I have to use the desktop website instead. Again, you're a multibillion dollar company, put some of those resources into your app if you care.

It's sluggish, slow and glitchy. A lot of times I just switch to my browser because it's way faster and more accurate. Many times when I'm already logged in and I go to checkout, it wants me to login. Love having access to coupons and seeing deals total in real time prices but I really wish they could put some more effort into making it run smoother and quicker.

I have dealt with this company for many years. There specials,exceptional prices and knowledgable staff are a plus. Hope to continue are relationship. I have used your photo copying app. many times , and really enjoy the quality of the prints. The staff are always knowledgable about services , products, etc. Very happy with the service you provide.

This app is fairly easy to navigate and use, but only notifies me part of the time when my prescription is ready. Usually when I open it first. The pharmacy regularly mishandles my prescriptions and refills and, while this may not be the app's fault, your app is only as good as the customer service behind it. Will switch when there is a better option in my neighborhood.
