Dislike this app overall. Always usually have trouble logging in & information is just a hassle to get to. No easy point of contact with trying to resolve any issues either. It doesn't surprise me but the last positive review on this app was in 2018. Figures UPS would let it go this long it's just like everything else that's broken or messed up they don't fix it. The only thing that matters to them is the bottom dollar & what they put in their pockets. They could care less about their employees.

Every attempt I make to explore the app I have to reenter my password and accept that annoying phone call every time I switch a page. UPS is ridiculous with their overkill on security with phones and apps. I can access my bank accounts quicker than I can punch in and punch out. I just give up on trying to explore this out and I need to get my paper paycheck back. My name is Lamar Snodgrass come talk to me about it

Was great to be able to make sure management wasn't screwing with my time. New security update has made this app useless as most uppers of this company. Seriously go back to the way the app was!

Can't open anything. When logging into any upsets related info, microsoft has to call my phone for security purposes to make sure that I am the one logging on. When I take the call, I'm backed out of logging in. If I decline the call, I'm unable to log in.

There was a change to the app now it won't run correctly. Sometimes log in is successful, when it is I can't get all the way to my info(paystub etc.) then the app stops.

Many problems. Keeps trying to link my non work Microsoft account and won't let me do anything. Deleted the app. Redownload, logged in, logged out, nothing but problems. And it keeps getting worse.
