Cannot even do the check-in because it crashes the app when trying to upload a picture. Confirmation e-mail of the account is sent without being signed by untold (guess who sent you the email and click on it if you trust them). The option to check-in is "hidden" somewhere inside the page so it makes your experince feel more like a tresure hunt: "find the button"

A very professional, useful and great tool, which looks also beautiful. Nearly everything (Map, LineUp, Artist, News, Check-in with the Wristband, TopUp, Games, Registration for the next years edition) according to the UNTOLD Festival you can manage from the app. Only two things I have missed from the app: - TimeTable/Schedule (concerts lasting from ... to ... o'clock), - TimeStamps (not just the dates, but the hours and the minutes too) in the Feeds. Congratulations to the developers!

it keeps prompting to update, despite therw is none. there is no feed button, but its available only if you receive a notification. "find the treasure" option was gone after the update made, which bumps me out. it was available only 10 minutes. L.E. "tresure hunt fixed, but the location is a little bit off, nearby the treasures. the app is seeing me realy off site

Can't check in. Checking the gender and Terms and conditios boxes does not work. I'm using a Huawei Mate 20 pro. If I check those boxes BEFORE inserting other information in the other fields, it seems to work, so who's having issues like this, try that. UPDATE: after writing i to the Email field, still can't hit the checkboxes.

Very helpful for creating a plan for the festival, the interface is nice and intuitive, the radio is working ok and brings back memories about the experience of Untold. When will the artists for 2019 appear on the app?

This year was great. Hope to return to Cluj for another awesome experience. 😁 Maybe adding recording options? What about lyrics? Toggle on/off? Thanks for all hard work. This is great.
