This is the worst app for shopping that I've ever used. I clicked on the "women" section and you cannot browse skirts or dresses. Only "jeans" and "pants" are an option. I guess women don't wear skirts and dresses anymore? You have to actually use the search bar to find dresses and skirts. Going to uninstall pretty much instantly.

Constant log ins & slow like a snail. Everytime I tapped on orders/purchases, likes/wishlists, store --literally anything-- it required a log in, even though I've done the initial log in. It loads extremely slow. When I made a purchase, the advertisement states that the app receives an automatic e-receipt. I didn't receive one at all. Did my membership ID even register with the purchase? Also tapping on the cart in the app just directs you to their website on whatever phone browser you use.

Ugh. Worst shopping app ever. What a shame because I end up not buying anything because it's so frustrating dealing with the slow loading, janky scrolling, signing in 48274940 times, going "back" after reviewing a product will either land at the app home site or the previous list you were but not at the exact product. Why do I even need to explain this bs.

App requires me to log in almost constantly, and then it just opens in my Pixel 3's Chrome browser. I wanted the app to work so I could take advantage of discounts, but the reality is that it's much easier to make a purchase starting from the Uniqlo mobile site in a browser.

They definitely don't waste money on app development. Slow and not functional half the time. I'm wondering if using the mobile site on my phone might be better. Will update if it is. - - Update, don't shop uniqlo on your phone. Their mobile site is exactly like the app and seems to be designed specifically to discourage people from shopping there.

App is terribly slow and loads most pages inside a web browser window, defeating the purpose of having the app in the first place. The only thing the app is really nice for is the barcode for shopping in store in case there's coupons.
