Account can't be recharge using this app. One has to use computer to recharge. Option is there but of no use. Whatever you enter it makes all the input to blank. Fix this is very annoying. Too many bugs error while scheduling. Not able to change item quantity even when balance is not low. However aap always show low balance error. Also holiday can't be set for tomorrow or day after tomorrow. There are few more issue like this which makes aap experience pathetic.

Bunch of highly rude and unprofessional personals. From delivery boy to executive will talk to you or with a lady in highly rude and ill mannered way. Will never follow delivery timings and if you will complain, they will be ready to fight. Will take lot of time in refund that's also when you will follow them day and night.

Bad services.... Will not use Ananda any more. Check when ever try to revert on your email does not allow to do so.

They debit your account and not delivered products on that day.i messaged and mailed them several times but still amount not credited in account my sub id 5872.they never deliver products on time.

Earlier this app allows to add new items by 12 midnights but now whenever in day I try to add item it always say already shipped... Today i tried to add some items in cart but it shows insufficient balance amount ..but wallet has quite sufficient balance...totally unhappy with app..

APP experience is very bad it does not allow you to put orders do not know what have Ananda made this app if it doesn't not work can't they test it before loading this into public ..instead of helping them to increase sales or business this app experience is annoying consumers and stopping new trial generation
