Haven't had an issue yet. Good quality hair at reasonable prices. Shipping is exceptional, as well as packaging. My first order through the app came in 3 days, giving the holidays when shipping and delivery takes longer. Navigating through the selections of hair, wigs etc. is easy. Fast secure checkout. No issues with the app nor UNice so far.

I have had a good experience with Unice! They have good hair, at a great price, and they have the most variety in colors, hair types etc. of anywhere I've seen! It's easy to order, and the more u buy there u get pinks and coupons that you can use for future orders. They are easy to contact if u need help or have questions to, they even got ahold of me during the wknd, they have good custumer service and want happy customers, they do better than most businesses at customer care, i recommend!!

Terrible app. False information on products. Pricing on certain products are advertised differently on there website. They promote a "coupon" for purchasing through the app, and when you try to, said coupon is invalid or the price on app had "magically" changed. And it doesn't even let you use your log in. I changed my password several times and it still won't let me log in.

This company has some of the best customer service there is. They are attentive, respond quickly to concerns, and always have the vest wig. I just ordered my 4th wig today, 11/17/2023. I ordered my first 3 back on November 3rd. Shipping is also fast with updates along the way!

They spam to much!! They keep sending text messages and they give you the option to opt out by texting back 'stop' I did that and I am still receiving messages. Then somehow I have an alarm for notifications that they send you about any promotions they have. Like.... I didn't request that. Had to uninstall the app. So annoying!!

it's sometimes hard to load the pages and some are blank. Also it isn't allowing me to login or purchase anything without getting help from my merchant, a lot of times. On my phone it is called Uncie and not Unice and I get a lot of forbidden 403 messagez and then I can't do anything and have to uninstall and try again. Other than that I wish I found them a long time ago
