Please fix the text message typing area which should resize automatically as the user types in longer text message. Also, allow the user to remove an University from the University list shown as icons on top of the app.

It is a great platform but a terrible app! I can't see any of my chats with students, I don't receive notifications with new mail and I can only view representatives from one uni. Don't bother with the app, I'm going back to using their online platform.
