Registered as member from day one when Mall opens. Always had enjoyed food and shopping time for 4 hours parking with just scanning member code in phone before driving out. Today I parked 3 hour and 1 minute and got to pay 75kr out of 2hours free time. Talked to customer service, they tell me I need to redo the registration in phone even I am already member due to changed parking system and it would only work next time when I visit Mall. I guess not only me facing this problem. When I come home I checked that my gmail got 2 emails from mall before to let me register. But I guess many people are same like me never read commercials. They already know it would happen but they still try to charge this money from every single member that don't read their email.

Don't download this low scored app for free movie tickets. I went there today, the girl working at the customer service (around 17:45) told me computer is not working so she cannot give me the movie ticket, and the computer will be fixed maybe tomorrow, maybe 2 weeks. I think the answer is ridiculous and it is a fake reason. If they want to fix a computer, i don't think it will be maybe 2 weeks. If they want to give new members movie tickets, I don't think they can't find a working computer.
