Still waiting on the Laney Mini Stereo SuperGroup to arrive so I have been playing with the app. I am surprised that many of the sounds are 100% identical and some are just plain wrong for the Band/Artist sound they purport to represent? Is this bug? For Example, BBKing, Status Quo, Billy Joel all use the exact same high gain chord sound and progression. UPDATE: Since getting the Amp and trying this app I give it a thumbs-down. Way too laggy to be of any use. I have the most up to date phone OS.

Works great! Just as long as you don't touch the effects toggle because it will start to make feedback noises and you'll have to restart the app. It has a noise gate but it won't help with this issue. I hope they fix this. Otherwise, it is a nice app when you want to play around with different tones without having to buy all the gear. (Using it on an irig and a 2020 released android mobile phone)

Amazing! I have been using this app for years and its really helpful when I want to play guitar quietly. The only problem I have had is that some presets give alot of feedback, and sometimes the tone doesn't sound right. Great App!

Old phones only. Used Tonebridge for a while, rated it well, etc. I then gave up my old Samsung galaxy for a new model and TB now does not work at all! What year is this? They said "Working hard to update" Huh? Working hard? That is not true!! To port over ( when such a minor difference) literally would take an hour to code and release patch as update. Want to hire me? Better yet go on youtube and learn. is so easy to do anyone can update this. Guess I'll check back in a few months.

Tip - Enable the mic on your phone. This got me for a while. Works great with an Irig and my Samsung S9+, this works great on the clean channel of my Boss Katana. I tried it before using the Laney mini Amp and had a huge delay, not so bad on an iPhone but it was still there. The iRig is so much better. I didn't have all the plugs/leads etc (as it's stero out) so I removed the stereo socket from the iRig and wired a guitar lead directly to the board. Works great. Maybe not for the serious player but a lot of fun for me.

Needs a work around. The app only works when I switch it between two different devices on the app. I have to open the app on two different phones and switch plugging my Irig (interface) between both of them to get it to finally function on one device. Otherwise, there is a delay in the audio output and it becomes unusable. It's a little hassle but it works. So there is definitely an issue in using the software with android devices. Other than that, it's a good app for achieving great sound.
