Crashes frequently and freezes up sometimes, but fixable if you restart the app. My current issue with the app is that it doesn't allow me to open any tabs only by paul mccartney. When I attempt it says that the tab is unavailable. If I could have this problem addressed and fixed that would be greatly appreciated. Overall I love the app, it has a great variety of songs to choose from, just some tweaks need to be made.

The app isn't easy to use anymore. For starters, the songs are in alphabetical order but aren't separated like they use to be which makes it a little difficult to go through. Second, the Playlist no longer allows me to move the songs in the order that I desire. Third, and this one is just aesthetic but I don't care for the album pictures next to the songs. Half of them don't even have an album photo, it all just looks like a cheap music player app.

I used to love this app. But, I have been having issues on my Pixel 7 Pro and using the instrument selection with pro tabs. It just plain doesn't work if the list is too big. The pop up menu just spazzes out and it is impossible to select an instrument, mute some, adjust levels, etc. Frankly, the customer service has been terrible. I have reached out multiple times and nobody has responded, even after sending a message asking for feedback! I bought the app long ago. It was great. No it's not.

So far so good, but one small issue that I keep seeing is that you cannot see all the options for the instruments in the app. For example, I am playing drums and using this app, but you cannot scroll up when the instrument options appear...you get what you see and that is all. You should correct that. Secondly, not sure why your option does not stay as the default option (i.e drums) when setting it as a favorite. I set it on the web, but app doesn't keep it the same way...nor does the web

The constant changing and fouling up of the app makes it impossible to trust. The scroll speed is never consistent, saved settings are constantly changed, added functions seem to speed up and slow down the app. Just such an unpredictable experience everytime I use it. I wish we could go back to the original version years ago when it was simple and worked great, I use to recommend to anyone with a guitar as a must have, now I just don't mention it anymore. Still sucks, lock ups, font changes.

This app was awesome. I bought the pro version very early on. I'm wanting to say it was like $12, one time. Then it went to subscription, but I was grandfathered in for buying pro. Last night, I went to play a gig, and all of my transposed chord charts were gone. Every time I would try to retranspose, it was telling me that transposition was going to cost me $40 a year. This is typical corporate garbage. They do good, but they're never satisfied. I have to buy subscription now, but not UG
