It is an okay reading app from the library. I use it mostly for audiobooks with the occasional ebook. Tends to be glitchy and does not sync well between devices. Bookmarks and progress on the app don't sync up with the web version which is frustrating. Some playback issues on audiobooks. It has improved a lot over the past two years but still not my favorite. Dictionary function is not integrated into the app and has to be used externally.

UPDATE 1/11/2024 I STILL have the problem stated below 18 months later on all devices. This is such a frustrating app. It does eventually load my hold list or my saved list, but it can take several errors messages and a long time. July 5th 2022 updated Android app yesterday and now my holds list won't load. If I wait long enough I sometimes get an error message. Otherwise the indicator just spins and spins as it tries to load and fails.

9.27.2023 Update: I have a new phone, and the issue I had with my old phone continues with the new one. Clearly it is an app issue. The audiobooks stop playing after only a few minutes. Please fix this. Until the last update, I did not have any issues. 9.8.2023 The app worked well until recently. I reinstalled it today and redownload my books only for the problem to continue. The audiobooks play for a few minutes and then shut off.

I love this app and am really grateful for it. Great options available for changing font size. Love the sepia and night modes. Much easier on the eyes. I'm amazed that it keeps my place and my highlights/notes in books I've previously checked out! My only complaint is the highlighting functionality. When I try to highlight a passage, it highlights multiple Pages instead.

After resetting phone I had to download app from google play store again. I can not get it to install. App asks for language and after tapping English the box remains empty. I uninstalled app a couple times and downloaded again with same results. I loved this app and used it a lot. Could I have changed a setting in a different app which may have caused this issue? Please help. I confirmed web view was installed. Before phone reset it was a truely a great working app.

9/2020 This latest update sucks! It loses my place whenever I close and reopen my phone or when the screen rotates. I'm done with it until this is fixed. 7/2023 This app is still a bit quirky, but usable. If text is too long for the screen, it can show up on the next screen and interfere with the text there. Most audio books only show "track numbers" not chapters. Makes them a bit difficult to navigate.
