Just tried for half an hour to buy a subscription. App bugs out when entering data twice, then when entering payment details or during payment proces. So I guess I won't become a new customer.. Perfect example of how a crappy written app will quickly loose you revenue..

Waarom je plotseling geen dagkrant meer kan downloaden, is een mysterie. Dit werkte tot voor kort perfect. Geachte Standaard, indien u denkt mij zo aan te zetten tot een abonnement heeft u het mis. Jammer. Dat dit net nu in deze spannende tijden wordt toegepast, getuigt van een briljant gevoel voor timing. Emails naar support worden niet eens benatwoord. Begrijp perfect dat er enige vertraging zit op reacties in deze Corona tijden, maar na weken nog geen antwoord sturen, getuig van geen respect voor uw lezers.

Handig als de krant (weer) eens niet geleverd wordt, of op reis. Ik vraag me wel af waarom ik eerst de krant moet downloaden, om daarna elk artikel dat ik aanklik, ook nog eens apart te downloaden.

Maart 2020 nog steeds niet mogelijk om lettertype in krant en nieuws app te vergroten of verkleinen. Verder nog steeds niet mogelijk een lange (enkele pagina's scrollen) screenshot te maken... Dit is toch basis dacht ik.
