Obtén notificaciones para la restricción vehicular.

Genera Notificaciones para la restricción vehicular para que recuerdes antes y durante el evento.

Notifica momentos antes de comenzar la restricción vehicular en la ciudad que te encuentras.
La notificación se muestra con el icono de una placa e inclusive es visible en la pantalla de bloqueo.

Una vez notificado, puedes elegir silenciar las notificaciones en el período de restricción vehicular en curso; estas solo volverán a ser mostradas en el próximo período.

Otras funcionalidades:
* Permite tener varias placas matriculadas
* Permite definir la ciudad por defecto. En caso de no haber señal GPS, se notifica tomando como base esta ciudad.
* Permite definir desde cuanto tiempo se debe alertar antes de comenzar la restricción vehicular, con el fin de no ir a sacar el carro por desconocimiento.
* Permite definir cada cuanto notificar.
* Permite definir sonido personalizado para notificación.

*** NUEVO: se tienen notificaciones verbales unos momentos antes de la restricción (configurable); esto puede ser configurado para usar un sonido de notificación como se hacía en versiones anteriores, o también silenciado totalmente.
