BTC IMPEX SDN BHD was incorporated on 22nd July 1994 under the Companies Act 1965. The incorporation exercise saw the take-over of 3 sole proprietorship Textile shops viz. “Bumiputra Textile Centre”, “Ayu Textile Centre” and “The Arab Traders” which under the sole ownership of Managing Director Datuk Hj. Abdul Kadir Bin ME Sikkandar.
