Why can't I connect to my smart TV. How old is this app ?

App was working fine at first but now it is absolute trash. The problems started with shows not loading or playing properly and then it booted me out and I haven't been able to log back in. I deleted the app months ago but I re-download it occasionally to see if at least the login problem has been fixed and nope nothing. It's disappointing that the developers aren't listening to complaints and attempting to fix them cause when the app actually worked I loved it and used it regularly.

This app is beyond terrible!!! I can't login with my provider info. I even emailed you all 3wks ago a screenshot of the message that I receive every time I try to login and I never heard back from anyone. Sadly, I'm not surprised because you haven't updated the app since 2017!!!! Very sad!! 😠😠 You don't deserve 1 star, but unfortunately, no star isn't an option!!! 😠😠😠

READ YOUR REVIEWS: I cannot sign into this TV ONE app using my TV provider Xfinity and this has been an ongoing issue for the last past 2 weeks. I have and use other TV apps and I'm signed in with no problem. I've signed out and then signed back in those other TV apps just too make sure that it wasn't an issue on my end and apparently it's not an issue with signing in with them, just only a problem with you all. Could you all please fix this? I know that I'm not the only one having this problem

This app use to be great....has the best shows for us by us. Now I can no longer log into the app....tried two different cable providers. I even deleted the app off my phone and now it's no longer available in the Google Play Store 🤔....maybe updates are otw 🙏🏽. It would be nice to be able to download the app to my Fire stick like every other cable TV app. Very disappointing because I missed an entire season of "Unsung" one of my favorite shows. Come on people get it together ASAP.

Apparently no cares that this app doesn't work. It's never worked right, and out of all these bad reviews, the developer says nothing. If I can login, then it freezes after an ad shows. This occurs frequently, so to watch a show for an hour I have to restart the app 4 times, find the program again and hope it remembered my location. Why doesn't this app have a recently watched section? I'm giving up on it.. I'll stick with ID Go. You'll get no more ad dollars from my viewing.
