The app is great but the commercials are way too loud. You really should think about adjusting the commercial volume because I'm just gonna keep muting the commercials if they're so loud!!

This app is horrible. The shows keep stopping for no reason. If TVB wants people to enjoy the shows, they should have fixed these bugs ages ago!! TVB should update the app ASAP. Also, there is no sort or filter in this app. Seriously, how can there be no sort and filter?!??!?!? TVB should pull its act together, get with the program!! Major disappoinment!!

I see that some of the TVB variety shows are two exaggerated like back to the 70s to push the button to eurge people laugh. This is going backwards.

Every time the commercial starts the volume is 10 times as loud as the show that is playing. So every time commercial starts I have to turn down the volume. Very irritating

The app started hanging a week ago. When an ad ran at the beginning of a show, it stopped to a black screen. This happend mostly with full length ad like Disney. If I am lucky enough to get pass the first ad ( those came with the skip ad option), streaming stops at around 15 min. then a black screen appears. Using Android 6.0. Encore TVB English works fine by the way.
