When I try to change channels by presing forward in the remote, the next channel never starts streaming. Then I click "Back" and the app just force closes. Very annoying having to do this everytime I change a channel. My device is Nvidia Shield Pro

Worst customer service. Right after purchasing the service I realized some of the channels they have are not available in Canada ( tring sport ) so I cant watch Serie A football the only reason I bought the service. So after 5 min from subscription I called customer service and been told that they are going to process my refund. Ive been calling and calling and they dont give me the refund. So the advertisement they have ( trial period ) is a total bull and basicly you get scammed.

This is a very good app specially if you have the subscription for multiple devices. I am very soddisfied being their customer because they have lots of interesing channels and tv programs. So, from my experience, I suggest Tv Alb subscription because you can watch it everywhere and don't miss your favorite program

I personaly highly recomend the app. As all AL channels and every thing you need from Greek Italian Turkyish German too. We used in 3 tv at the same time. Really happy so far. They have great custemer service. They answer you in mint and solve u problems ASAP. I was so happy that my sister in law did a subscripsion too but she prefers to use it in the phone.
