to reply and to notify me when the issue was resolved. App provides access
to 24 hour news and other live channels, plus some videos on demand.

Since I've been installing this app, there's no function I can access at all. Only black fixed screen with weird radio voice for a few minutes... Why can I not access to the Live programmes or get any info? Do you guys ever fix the bugs and update? I'm so...disappointed to it.
