They updated the app and I can no longer activate active noise cancellation. The option is still there, but it has no effect so I can constantly hear myself talking through my "Noise Cancelling" headset. There's also some new BS about them needing to track your location data to make sure that your headset can connect to the app via Bluetooth which is utterly ridiculous. Never needed my location data before. There's no reason for it to be needed now. Never buying a Turtle Beach product again.

Will not find device, turtle beach customer support is non existent. I had a set of cans for my daughter that would not stay on. They were under warranty and about 15 emails and calls later, I got a one page instruction manual on how to force them to update firmware, which I did. When that didnt work, I was supposed to reply with a link in the email, which I did. No response, no answer on phone calls, more emails, two ticket entries later and nothing. I'm tired of the company not the product

I've had the Turtle Beach pro for quite some time now and this app has never been reliable. My phone can connect to the Bluetooth on the amp but the app always says it cannot connect. This is beyond frustrating. I'm about to uninstall the app and get rid of Turtle Beach completely! I have been a Turtle Beach user for at least 10-15 years but not much longer! You developers need to get your act together or hire people who actually know what they are doing!

Good app BUT there are no actual instructions on how to use it. In order to get passed the "Searching for Device" screen, you need to first connect your headset to your Xbox / PlayStation. This is not mentioned AT ALL. Once you actually get into the app it's pretty good for the over all EQ. Another thing that is a bit annoying is that in order to update your headset, you must connect the device to a PC or Mac product 🙄.

The headset is awsome. But I can't say the same for the app. It worked once and never again. I'd like to be able to change settings around on my headset but I can't because of this broken app (update): the app just randomly started working and not giving me issues. I'm confused as to why it's working now because I didn't change a thing

Does not need your location. This app doesn't need your location and is utterly obsolete with all the settings built into the xbox itself if I can map buttons on my controller on my console I should be able to do the same with the headset that connects directly to the console. Other than being useless the fact a audio app for a headset is asking for my location is just disgusting.
