Not happy with the services, took off Sony channels without informing, and now have to pay extra to get Sony channels, waste of money, trying to run Sony channels on Samsung latest smart TV but the screen get freeze after loading the app content, calling them for more than a week but they still can't solve the problem, not happy at all waste of money , better to get subscribed from sonyliv platform for Australia, zero rating dont go for this..

The app was fine until I updated recently. It keeps crashing every single time I choose a channel. It is super frustrating to keep opening the app again and again. Even though I have paid completely, I do not understand the purpose of a paying when anyway I have to see those ads. Tbh I am not happy even giving one star but unfortunately it doesn't let me post without that.

Customer service is very poor. Felt like they don't have even enough time listen the customer issue. My subscription was getting auto renewed from couple of months and it stopped doing so when I activated a new package. None of the customer service executives called me could give a correct reason why the newly subscribed channel is not available. Based on the guess they help the customers.

For past a week all the channels are keep buffering and its very annoying. I had to reset the whole thing, restart my Internet, reset my password and still the app not functioning well. Eventhough with my high speed internet still this channels are not working well.

I was very happy with the app untill I updated to a latest version recently. Such a horrible experience where it crashes every time I click on a channel. The customer care is unable to provide a solution neither, after reporting over mails. Please suggest a solution if there's any. Thanks

The app is at his worst performance now. If I cast to my Chromecast, the app crashes. I cannot even click on catch up screen. The moment I click catch up while casting is on, the app crashes. Very bad technical team. Issue being experienced for several days now.
