The transaction is done by merchant as the service provider and agent as the service seller. Based on the information, the transaction between the merchant and agent is still done conventionally. The merchant has to find the potential agent that ready to sell their products. The process of discussion about the special price and the term of payment must be negotiated together. the long negotiation process makes the marketing range become less. On the agent side, the product sold is limited because they can only sell the product from the merchant that have been collaborated. This matter makes the sales potential is not maximal. Based on the explanation above, it is necessary to build an app as solution with concept of business to business tourism service marketplace. Mobile application was developed to fulfill the user’s necessary in high mobility. For the merchant, this application has some features such as purchase inventory, stock management, payment history, withdraw and reservation management. For The agent this application has some features such as tourism service payment, reservation management, topup and withdraw. The transaction done by the agent will be paid by using active balance. Active balance can be added by bank transfer to virtual account. Kotlin was used by the writer to develop the application. The method used in this application was blackbox testing method where this method try all function in the system in order to fulfill the customer’s necessary
