Elite card holder. Freeplay offers are at best sometimes shown in the app . I MISSED OUT ON $1200 in freeplay because the app didn't notify. I knew the $600 free play offers were coming and I was checking the app multiple times a day and refreshing it I missed out on two $600 offers that I knew where coming but the app didn't show them. Also one time it showed me a $500 offer that disappeared as soon as I got to the casino and the casino people have no record of it.

I download log in well try to many times and once I'm in I can't even see my calendar. Only thing I can click on the room, amenities, promote but not calendar that's what I need the most

Never recieved the $15 free play after downloading the app like I was supposed to. Disappointing for sure.

Everyone I know gets free play except me .I'm not sure why.just letting you know .it says play and be rewarded yet nothing .oh I did win a free burger that was wonderful so thanks for that .I know the computer handles free play ect...at least I thought it was a computer
