Right away someone who wasnt interested in buying anything criticized how i write my add. P.s they blocked me right after so i couldn't explain or review. Also next day someone replied to 6 of my adds. Some questioning the price. Some just wasting time on details mentioned in the add. Next day. Another Lady scheduled a pickup. No show. So far the app is good functionality but no one buying anything. Full of inbox ghosts and tire kickers. Hope it can change.

I've had this app e weeks. I posted some items to sell all worked fine. Then the other day it told me I needed to verify my location. I do it says your location is varied and when I hit verify it says can't connect to the server. It does this on wifi and cell. I can edit my fore sale items

I generally love this app and look at it often - easy to use, quickly post/sell my items and have had good experiences in selling/buying. What I would love to see is being able to search by area, see items by location or be able to see my favourites by area/map. This would help me better organize buy and sells when I'm in a particular part of town given the app is so local. Also I cannot find how you get the positivity booster badge or the "rate" section as part of a user's profile 😅

Used it, loved it. Then I got locked out of my account for no apparent reason. I sent emails requesting support twice and received no response. Pretty horrendous. I contacted customer supported, as suggested and was ignored yet again. I guess Karrot only cares about responding to enquiries made in a public forum. Support for this app is non-existent. Don't bother using this app!!

The app is sleek and well designed. They also have nice promos that should in theory raise interest. But the community feels dead. I sell thousands of new items and list new stuff daily. 80% of my sales are on FB marketplace the rest on Kijiji. I sell items daily so I know my stuff sells. Almost nothing sells on Karrot, maybe I've sold a handful of items. Even when I do an experiment and take off 95% 9ff the price I don't get messages. So I can only conclude that there's not very many users

Better than the other K app! After the mainstream K app went bad, I was looking for an alternative. Karrot seem to fill that gap. So far it's easy to use, has a nice and beautiful interface and community focus is a good idea. I don't get as many messages as the other K app, but at least they are not scam or "is this available" bots. The only downside is that not enough people are using it yet. Once the user base reaches at a satisfactory point, I believe it will be a much better experience.
