Having a no refund, no return policy should have been a red flag. After purchasing what I thought were three fossils, I received one chunk of quartz that was cut and polished to be shaped like something it was not. It was supposed to be accompanied by a letter of authenticity, and shipped with the combined order of items that were ordered at the same time from the same place. Each item shipped separately on the same day. No letter of authenticity. No refunds. No returns. This is fraud.

Love this company! Products that I've ordered are of exceptional quality and look just like the ads. I received my products in promised time or before. The only problem I have is logging in, it keeps changing the merchandise screens to where if I put something in my cart and continue shopping or have to log out and come back in, my cart is empty.

I'm in the luxury goods retailing industry. Surprisingly nice products at reasonable prices. Quite a few are not easy to find on most similar sites. As a professional buyer, my advice is to comparative shop before you commit to buying anything. I know what most of these items typically sell for. And you can probably find the same items for slightly less- BUT- with much quicker shipping. Lots of the items on this app require 5 or more weeks delivery time. That's absurd.

One of my most favorite apps, a website that actually has something that keeps my interest. I love the products, I even love it more that American Express gives me perks just for using the app and buying things with my card on the app. What is so unique, there's no way you'll find them anywhere else or know someone that will have it unless they shop at the same app as you did. It's a great app, gives great options, I love it.

I always wanted to shop Touch of Modern but, there is no way to find a single thing that you advertise on TV because your web site is awful. None of the cool item are accessible and they won't come up if you type in anything cool. Your web site doesn't allow a customer to find anything but watches or knives, or some clothes but no cool stuff. I don't understand why you don't have everything available on your website at at customers disposal. I tried for years and just gave up. You need a better

I see MANY really great things, but as is the name of the game, most everything is sold out by that time I get to it. I do love looking at their products and will continue to come back and try for more!
