Very poor customer service and unprofessional drivers! I was a loyal customer for so long but with every other order there is a problem that is unresolved. Orders take 2 to 3 times more to arrive than the scheduled times, customer service replies are "automated" and do not address the problem and they do not value their customers or feedback. Like most reviewers switching to other apps and deleting toters.

I had a problem for several days after downloading the app and it didn't work. There costumer service contacted me and told me how to solve it and it worked. Very professional and helpful.

Very buggy, takes forever to load and sometimes just doesn't process. This should not even be considered beta version

No idea what changed in the past 2 weeks but its one mess after another. Had an order last week take 6 hours instead of the specified 31-41 minutes. Support is never helpful. They always give generic answers with no solution. They take upwards of 10 minutes to reply for each question and never answer your concerns directly. Had an order today at work where no driver was assigned after 40 minutes, and after contacting support, they took 20 minutes just to reply with "i will call the store to confirm your order" after which they literally went silent, even though i asked for cancellation and refund, which they did not bother replying to. another 30 minutes later and the order was cancelled. And instead of refunding they charged my card a 2nd time.... Great another hour wasted trying to explain and get a response out of their support .

Today was most probably my last order through toter's to redeem my points. You haven't been on the top of your game recently neither on the operation level nor the customer service level or the app functionality. Ordering directly from the restaurant or other apps seems more efficient for now.

Faced an issue with online payment several days ago. Spoke with Support 3 times and still did not get an expected date for resolution. App is basically useless now as I cannot perform its most basic function: completing an order. Update: issue still not resolved, deleting app.
