I love torrid a their app is great but I think navigating to your orders should be a little easier and from your order you should be able to click the item and be sent to the sale post and you can't. So if I need it in a size down I have to search the sky a d I can't even copy and paste from the order page which is a pain. Other then that totally recommend it.

If no stars was an option I would choose that. I have re downloaded this app several times because it just sits on the all white torrid page. It even did it while I was in the store and the clerks told me this is common. About two years I've had this issue now. I use to love this app when it worked!

I love Torrid! As a plus size woman, it can be hard to shop for clothes online and trust that the clothes will actually fit well and be flattering. But I always know what size I am in Torrid's clothes and I can trust that they will fit me and look good! They're a little pricey, but the app always tells you when there's a sale going on.

Update as of 1/6/2021: App still won't load most of the time and when it does it will glitch/freeze. The update made things horrible!! I use this app to make purchases, and pay my bill. But ever since the update I can't always get it to load. (More times than not it will not) and even when I can log in sometimes it freezes, or won't let me into bill pay

Constantly freezes.... It takes forever to load the app, then when you can finally get to the screen you want, good luck, becaus eventually it will freeze. You have to close and restart it and wait all over again. Beyond frustrating.

Love the app. Easy to navigate. More importantly amazing clothing. For giving us curvy and/or bigger ladies clothes that make us see ourselves differently and give us confidence: THANK YOU! Until Torrid I always struggled to find clothing that fit me properly because I'm very curvy. From the comfy to casual to business and everything in between, these clothes are fantastic.
