Totally useful app that serves no purpose. Not for streaming. Basically just directs to network sites. I had been using the TIVO app for years to stream both in and out if home. Since I was streaming out of home more than in home, I am basically paying more than double the amount that I should be now. This is 2020. Why would you take away out of home streaming?!!! At least reduce the price to compensate.

Tried logging in with a Galaxy S10+, S8, and even a factory reset Moto G5 Plus that was gathering dust in a storage box. It's a network error for every device and clearly every other user/reviewer is dealing with the same issue. If you think this only happening for newer Android versions, the G5 Plus is on Android 8.1.0 and I still can't log in. 9/8 EDIT: App is working again. I use it just as a remote and it's doing fine in that regard. A little laggy, but that's okay!

It did work. Apparently there's a dev bug that broke something. Can understand this situation however it should be a simple rollback server side...keyword should. This means a license or right to share data was eliminated for use in the app. Until the app is fixed I cannot give it the rating it deserves. Edit: new update gives a fresh interface and returns the app to working status.

Stopped working. The app was good. Now it will not allow login. Disappointed. Error message states the app is to old to work with current Android software. Worked excellent until approximately 6pm yesterday. Reported to RCN app stopped working. Still haven't heard from them. I miss it. 8/13 update still not working 😕 is there an update. 8/20 update. Thank you appears to be working now.

Awful! All I'm getting is network error. For the amount of money I pay, this should be flawless. This is absolutely BS! Fix the damn problem. They want me to edit my review. You get this nonsense fixed, I'll edit. Otherwise I want a refund of some sort for the time this is unavailable. No revision until it is fixed.

Still doesn't work, since getting service on June 30th. Latest update made it even worse, app just continues to load and load. Still looks like NO ONE is able to use this app, no matter what device you have.
