You need some serious work done on your app! It won't even let me register or sign in. I downloaded it on the advice of a customer care text. Please fix it I would love to use what it claims to offer. Last updated this app July 30,2019. What's with all of the commercials pushing this? Or when we text a tech they send a link to use this? It's garbage! Tried again 3-7-21 won't let me sign in or give me instructions on what I should do. Step it up guys. I really want this to work!

It is unbelievable that a company such as Mediacom has an app that's this bad. In addition to being very slow to load and respond to commands, it forces the user to record whatever show is chosen; there's no option to just stream it to the device.

I can't even give a star because I can't use the app. I logged on bit when I got to watch something it gives me options for prime video. No option to just stream like xfinity does. Unfortunately xfinity doesn't service my area 😒. Will most likely switch to at&t.

Horrible bloatware just asks you to watch on Amazon and netflix when you click on the show checked 10 channels cant watch anything waste of space

TiVo works sometimee......however, as far as what I'm used to from Comcast Xfinity.....this is a useless LiveTv app. Maybe I'm expecting too much from Mediacom. We were spoiled by Comcast for 2 years, and highly disappointed by Mediacom when we moved here. Just beware, it's a dinosaur app, and you may or may not be able to watch your TiVo program.

A grossly useless app and useless services. It is either the internet services nor working today or the TV services disappearing the next day. Everytime, you have one illiterate sent to fix what he knew nothing about. This app just load a white screen. If you click reload, it bounces you out, asking you to sign in again. So sad about this useless app and services.
