Why have the app if doesn't work? It's a waste of the customer time. I can't wait to move to get rid of this poor service! I need my Direct TV back Im paying money for the service and can't use the benefits It's supposed to offer, explaining that the app was set up for an older version of Android and probably won't work. So I should keep my old outdated technology so the app can work..Spectrum here I come..

Thank you for both fixing and updating this App. I spoke with you all exactly a week ago and now I have an upgraded App that fits my needs precisely. Single device (Galaxy S10/iPhone SE) control over both my Vizio and LG televisions so no more hunting on non-lighted remote controls in the dark. I look forward to using the App away from home to see if it all has finally come together.

Updates needed for new phones, Tivo can't help you and service providers can't either. Worked on my phone for a while and then stopped, inconvenient especially when out of town. Please fix this and 5 stars will be given. Thank you Update The problem was fixed and back to using the app again!! Thank you for fixing it..now if we can stream our shows from anywhere outside of the house!!

Y'all need to update this so it will work properly. Keeps telling me wont work on newer versions of android. Tried to put it on an older version and it told me the same thing. Hasn't had an update since 2017.

After ap installs i get a warning on my phone that ap was written for an older version of android and may not work properly on my phone. When i try to stream it sez i dont have a streaming device...however my phone streamed quite well with dish. Wish i would have kept dish as its streaming works well

Appropriately 10 days ago the Grande2go app stopped working. It will not sign in and when go to help tab get the message "you definitely have gone to the wrong page". This app needs to be fixed.
