doesnt work often. takes literally 4 minutes to load sometimes. just going to the guide is usually 1-2 minites. just gives error information is wrong without even showing the information. Awful app just keeps getting worse with updates. Update 3 months later, still garbage app Still awful saying password is wrong Update So even after talking to support they were of 0 assistance. Trird to upsell to different service. Would recommend different service provider

Very temperamental. One minute I'm streaming, next minute it says I can't stream. I wish this App would make up it's mind. I'm a subscriber, therefore I should be able to use it, regardless of the TiVo box selected.

When you want to watch a TV show on your phone, the Cogeco TIVO app crashes the “streaming service” on the main TIVO unit about half of the time. When the “streaming service” crashes it automatically restarts (unbeknownst to you) and takes about 2 minutes to restart so ignore all error messages on your phone. The status of the “streaming service” can be found in the Cogeco TIVO app under “Settings > System info”. The “streaming service” has to say “Ready” before you ever have a chance of successfully streaming your TV show to your phone. Hope this info helps.

Zero point zero score. Now I can't even log in. Terrible App, never NEVER works. When you try and watch anything, live or recorded on new Samsung, it always crashes. Now all it does is take me to their website when I launch the app, seriously? Minus 10 stars if I could.

This is a pretty terrible app. Attempting to download a show for offline viewing is a waste of time - it takes almost an hour, and then complains it can't play it, and automatically deletes it. When you try recording a show, it often records the SD version. There are errors and bugs all over the place. The UI is terrible, and no effort has been put in to improve it in any way. Almost every show you try to watch is content locked, so you can only view it on your tv, anyway.

Garbage! It never works outside of the house, sometimes works inside the house and the staff haven't got a clue! Cogeco told me to call Tivo, Tivo said call Cogeco 🤦‍♀️ I can't wait until my contract is over!
