Cocktails, beer, wines not listed, on the menu can not be pre-ordered. Even if they can not be pre-ordered I would like to see what is available.

Some serious bugs that need to be worked out. I purchased 2 online gift cards. both balances are too low for ticket purchases now so it tells me when I'm trying to use it to also check the credit card box but it won't let me check 2 boxes at once. I tried to use them at the concession stand but they said they needed the full 14 digit code which the app doesnt have. useless. They also dont let you download ticket purchases so if the cinema's wifi isnt working good luck accessing it from the app.

Ordering tickets from this app is great. Everything is clear and easy to navigate, it feels very intuitive. The load times for pages can take a bit and since you are on a timer to reserve seats it makes things a little nerve wracking. Other than that it works really well for me!

Should be more "at a glance" user friendly. although not surprising from this movie theater chain. They are lacking in many areas other than the reclining seats...

Everytime i try to pay it freezes up. I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions throughout the year and its the same.

There are Ads in the App ! I don't know why there is a need for the ads. It's annoying and the loading time on the app is very slow.
