App navigates very slow and is glitchy. They've had a year without anyone using the app during Covid shut down and it's not improved a single bit. I love your theater, but seriously, your app needs serious work.

Worked great once, then never allowed me to log in again . Can't reset password ("an error occurred") and can't select my password online because "can't use the same password". It's back to being easier to go online than the app. update 8/17: still terrible and won't let me in. useless app entirely Update 9/11: still can't log in. I'm 100% certain of login information (reset, then copied and did all on website), but the app is broken. The app also won't let me reset my password.

Doesn't correctly authenticate users. On my android phone when I try to login it always says my password is incorrect. Go to Chrome and use the same email and password and it is successful. This app is only good for browsing our checking out as guest. It has been like this for me for about 3 months.

Odd layout oversight- when browsing movies the title may be truncated, but full title is not shown in the details view at all, so there's no way to see it in the app. It is only there if it's the associated alt text for the trailer, but if there's a picture and no trailer the title is missing. So I get a synopsis of the plot and showtimes, but not the actual title. For example there's an upcoming Shakespeare play called "The Trage..." , I click on the synopsis and get a description that says it's about Richard II, but the complete title isn't anywhere. I have never heard of The Tragedy of Richard II, only Richard III, so now I have to go open the page in a non-mobile browser to clear up what the title is supposed to be. It's worse for unknown movies where the title could be anything. It's usually not part of the text of the synopsis.

So straightforward to select your seats and make a purchase. Refunds take mere seconds. The service fees are not refundable, but the convenience of not having to drive, park, and wait in line is worth the little bit extra. The tickets are easy peasy at the box office. Just scan the code on your tickets in the app and your on your way.

Tried to buy tix. Credit card was charged. No tik confirmation. Staff at Mosaic said just bring in the credit card and they'd check it. They said no purchase. Um. Then why was I charged? Very disappointed in its function.
