App would not let me save banking info so that I can selly ticket. Everything time I would click save a loading spinner would show up for a second and nothing would be saved. Giving it a 1 star because the only reason I installed the app was to sell my ticket and I could not do that. I don't know if the save was failing due to an error because I error or any sort of communication was provided.

Purely from a UI perspective. I didn't buy any tickets. I like how many small niche events there are. There are some issues with the functionality of some basic features. Such as the location search bar. I typed in my city and after selecting it the app defaulted back to San Francisco for some reason it took 4 tries to finally have it function. After the third try I allowed GPS location finding. That didn't work either. There is no search bar to look for a specific event.

Horrible. I only used it once, but never again that is for sure. They can't guarantee what their whole selling point is about: safe ticket buying. The ticket that I bought didn't work, cause the seller used it up himself as well. Instead we got a bad concert experience due to the fact that we missed 15 minutes, got stressed and had to buy another ticket in person. (And we got lucky with it, cause the concert was soled out month in advance, but they got some spare tickets just in case).

Not recommended. It allows scammers to find a platform for selling fake tickets, that's what happened with my friend who bought a ticket here and on the door its barcode didn't work and had to buy a new ticket, when he contacted ticketswap they surprisingly put him in direct conversation with the seller (the scammer) who denied and asked for a proof that for sure my friend couldn't provide as he paid on the door in cash, and the scammer got away with this, with the support of this app! Uninstall

horrible! I keep getting notifications for the artist I'm interested in and I never see the tickets available even though they are!! waste of time! I've clicked on notifications on the same second and yet it's gone??? but I know the number of tickets sold hasn't increased. website doesn't allow to login either, half the buttons don't work.

I think the concept is great. The opportunity to resell your ticket is incredible. But the management is far too frustrating ex: today I spent the whole day on the app and the website, hoping to buy two tickets for a festival. Even though i had the phone in my hand and the app was open on the event when I received the notification, the ticket was already reserved. I find it hard to believe that isn't the work of bot. I think that setting up a queue could solve a lot of problems
