Occasional glitches and products are not always organized well (a search doesn't always pull up all the available items within a given category or key word). Certain items are sometimes cheaper at my local grocery store so do your due diligence to cross compare! Overall, very pleased with the selection, prices, and the convenience!!

App keeps crashing. I have cleared the cache and uninstalled it and reinstalled the app and I cannot open it therefore I cannot update my account and it's just annoying. I will go on the actual website when I get access to a computer and try that way, As I was not having success going on the web browser on my phone

Amazing deals and freebies and sales all the time! Make sure you get their texts because you'll be notified of free items with purchase when they have offerings like that. I'm able to find a ton of health food and natural living items here that I can't anywhere else! I buy all my feminine hygiene and deodorant and auch here as well. I highly recommend it!

Once you join, it's very difficult to cancel. You can't cancel your membership without talking to a live person. Once I canceled, I thought autoship would cancel. Wrong! Again, I followed convoluted instructions to cancel autoship only to have to talk with a live person again. Then they didn't want to cancel without me giving a reason first. This was by far the most difficult subscription I've ever tried to cancel.

I redownloaded the app because I was charged by Thrive for something, but I have not used them for months! I thought I took all items off of the reoccurring delivery. The app opens and the slideshow of current items/deals works, but I could not click or navigate anything on the app. Now I have to go on the website or on my laptop to figure out what subscription is still active although I turned them all off.

I like it. Where I live I don't have many options without a long drive. I get a little frustrated with the search feature. I will put in what I want it doesn't give me all the options without looking. I get they are trying to have you see other things, but when I am in a hurry it's just frustrating. But so far everything i have bought has been great.
