At the kiosk it rarely acknowledges that I have an account and when it does read, most of the time it says I have no funds in the account. When on the app it acknowledges that I do. Also you're lucky if the kiosk even reads the bar code of the item you want. Lower prices and fix the equipment to function as expected. Recently it will take your money, but not apply it to the account at all.

I feel as though the app needs a back button. Any time I use the back button on my android, it closes out the whole app and needs to start over.

Works sometimes. Have not been able to deposit any money the past couple days. Ive signed in and out, deleted and reinstalled the app, and there is no contact information.

App used to work fine but now when I log in, I can't deposit money, pay for items at work and the kiosk at work doesnt work either. Garbage app. Please fix.

App doesn't allow money deposits anymore. Kiosk goes down once a week. We had a better experience using the old vending machines.
