I really love clothes, perhaps a bit too much. I almost gave this app 4 stars; I occasionally have difficulty controlling myself because the prices are so low, but that's on me. Everything on this site is so well priced and the quality is great = 5 stars. If you haven't checked it out yet you really, really should----amazing clothes for a lot less (sometimes crazy cheap) and helping the environment in a big way.

I really enjoy using this app. I've experienced minor glitches, but for the most part the app works great. The only real issue I have is receiving items not as described. I've received used items that were described as new and items with incorrect measurements or style descriptions. Other than that, Thredup is a fun way to save our wallet and our planet.

It takes FOREVER to get your items when you make a purchase! They sit in processing mode for several days and there are NO updates sent to let you know what the hell is happening with your order! I bought two pair of pants with plenty of time to receive them before I leave for my trip and because they are taking so long to even begin to send them out I am not going to receive them in time and now they will be left to sit on my front porch while I'm gone!! I am extremely upset and disappointed!!

I've been using this app for years and I usually love everything! My most recent order though was a beautiful dress and it was advertised as "like new" condition. Well the dress was delivered today and it looks great and fits perfect but the zipper on the side is completely broken. I love the dress and don't want to return it but this should never have been listed as "like new" condition. I'm definitely disappointed with this order especially since I can't wear the dress until I fix the zipper

I can't rate this app highly enough!! It's all the fun of thrift shopping with all the convenience of online shopping PLUS selling clothes you never wear is as simple as receiving a bag, filling it up, and putting it in the mail. I love this service so much and I actually look forward to going through my wardrobe now!!

I read reviews AFTER ordering 30+ items and thought I was going to regret buying so much. I selected like new and new with tags in the filter because I didnt want clothes that looked obviously used and everything I received looked practically brand new even if it wasn't. I think only about 5 of my items didn't fit how I wanted. It's easier than going to secondhand stores and trying all the clothes on plus there's a huge selection to choose from. I'll be ordering from this app again
