great affirmations but the they are spoken so fast that I had to listen to it many times so I would not miss one. I wish they were said slower to allow yourself to digest them to make an impression in your head.

Great app to use daily. Love the background music and that you can customize the amount of affirmations you want and the time gaps too. Might be nice to have options with voices; having a female voice.
