So I love the idea that you can track your pops, but I wish you could add ones that weren't on the store just as a way to catalogue your collection. Also, why is there no way to track your purchases in app? Seem's outright stupid to me and wouldn't be hard to implement. Especially when you sell out so fast and most products are for pre order, being able to see when your pop is arriving would be useful.

Ive had a subscription box with this company since February of 2021 and have only received two boxes one in February and one in March and then its like they fell off the face of the earth. Ive contacted them for the last three months and all I get is generated responses that add up to nothing...another month without funkos through this site...Plus Ive placed separate orders and have have not received those orders either... Boo! Not worth it

This used to be 5 star but now it only offers me the USA store instead of the UK one and I can't change it back and the customer service team won't answer me about this. "Reply to Tim" o yeah like Ive not tried that! Or uninstalling and reinstalling or clearing the cache or messing with the app setting! 🤔🤦🏻 Hi again "Tim" I have emailed this morning but no reply. Hiya, still not resolved and no one has bothered getting back in touch after I emailed over the photos.

If I could give -5 stars, I would. Been waiting 3 months. I have emailed several times and get back the same computer generated response Everytime. I could have ordered the same 2 on Amazon and a few other places for cheaper and I would have had them in a few days. Also, they dont have a phone number that you can even talk to anyone!!!!!!

App crashes alot. Live chat takes agents forever to reply. Easier and quicker to go on site. Literally the most pointless app. Edit. For what?? A long waiting time?? Like i said it's quicker to go through the site as you get a response immediately not 2 days to a week later. I Don't have the app Anymore as it's that bad

The app itself is good but the company isn't. I ordered 2 pops as a deal and only one arrived in excellent condition. Waited 6 months for the other and there was no sign of it. I then emailed customer services and they wasted my time. So I wouldn't trust them if I were you.
