Terrible. Payment taken yet no record of order having taken place. Edit: Sorry to add that the app is a waste of time as I couldn't check out properly. I tried a few x Payment was returned to me within 24 hours so that was good, but I had to place my order the old fashioned way by deleting the app and going direct to their website. Therefore only 1 star for the app (which this is a rating for). Otherwise no issues otherwise with Lookfantastic and if rating their website would give them 5 stars.

I love using the Look fantastic app.... too much!!! The app notifies me of sales, current & upcoming, and allows me to see coupons & specials that you don't normally see on the website unless you specifically hunt for them. It's easy to use, shows prices in dollars- not UK or EU denominations-and the app automatically adds gifts with purchase to your cart without me having to remember or copy/paste discount codes. The only drawback is my checking account balance after shopping, lol!

The app no longer displays products properly. Parts of it are obscured with product details for the item or partial pictures of the item below 😥 This wasn't an issue when I first downloaded the app 🙄

awful, I have been trying to check out for 2 weeks and it says processing and then it back and says basket is empty. but you haven't got your order. it's a nightmare. can't order anything

Useless for the last 3wks, try to check out using Paypal, it just doesn't check out. Your items reappear in your basket again, no order placed, despite thinking you've paid. Look Fantastic were notified but tried again today and still not working.
