The app used to be lacking (or were impossible to find) filters for searches and the general look and feel was too minimal. It also lacked listings in comparison to other apps. It has search filters on the subscreen now, however the issue is there are still no new listings being posted, most recent is over a year ago. Would recommend setting expiry dates to encourage users to repost after a month and make the interface on the home screen contain search filters. Will review again at later date.

My 'for you' page is totally unrelated to what I search for and it's absolutely annoying to see things I don't care about at all. Worse, you can't remove these 'recommendations'. And the log in is super cumbersome for an existing user who wants to log in via email. Real headache since it assumes I'm a new member everytime I want to log in. Ever give thought to people who rarely uses the app and logs out of the app once you're done using it?

Update : Recent changes make it really hard to edit posts and post items and use the account. I am hoping a competitor steps up their game to make a switchover 3 years ago : Makes life so much easier to sell and buy beloved items! Easy to use. And if you need help, the helpline is accessible and they resolve issues with no headaches or messy explanations

The newest UI is terrible. Troublesome to navigate and can't chat with sellers straight away as I used to. Just when I thought the app experience can't get worse, it's exceeds my expectations yet again with reply quotas.

App keeps sending notifications like “Sell it directly to use and get paid within 24 hrs” although I disabled notifications for both Listings you’re interested in and From Carousell. Damn irritating. No other app I have sends unsolicited notifications. Running out of ideas and desperate to earn money until ignore UX?

Prompt me to update my app when i click the chat button. But when bring me to google playstore, there is only "open" which means my app is updated. Keep having the same issue. Please resolve it asap. Also, your reply limit is really a bad idea. And we only received your notice when it hits 80% of your quota. Please remove the quota limit. I used to love this app but by looking at your unlimited quota table, it's really money money money 🤑🤑🤑
