The app never works when I try to redeem a wash. I have had this issue may times and have not been helped. I have contacted the help email and they have failed to helped me.

Detected using camera permissions in background. Why? Edit: Despite the developer's response, Android did notify me that this app was detected using my camera in the background. I did not have the app open. This occurred after the latest update.
