This app never wants to open just gives me a white screen. I've uninstalled and downloaded again same issue. I have a free wash from Dec that I can't use.

Registering a card must take witchcraft. It never recognizes the card and I've attempted multiple times to type it in and select done and it still tells me to register before it activates for a free wash.

i got a new phone and so had to reinstall this app. i am unable to move beyond the register a card screen because it is telling my card is already registered. please advise as I would like to claim my rewards.Brown Bear car wash is the only local car wash and so having 2 vehicles.(SUV & SEDAN)
