its totally rubbish and even when installed was impossible to connect - the cabin crew were totally disinterested in helping me fix it so I could watch a film on a seven hour flight (not their job i guess). purely a money saving procedure by the airline not have to support in chair screens and provide headphones. whats worse is that they have no charging points available to charge the device which you are using. having flown a number of times, the choice of movies is shockingly poor.

I really dunno how you can describe this Sky-Ram as a good app! it's not working and even the crew were not able to help! The app keep popping up a message saying you need an internet connection to watch a movie! hello! how the hell should I have 4G above the clouds!

A shame, there was no Wi-Fi on the plane so it was simply impossible to even get a chance to launch it. You guys look ridiculous, honestly.
