I cannot use my store card to purchase on the app. Error!!! Please fix ASAP. No point in having an app when you have to finish the purchase on the internet... I called the Online Customer Care and all they could tell me was that my card is linked to my profile...very poor service indeed!

After plenty of online shopping I cannot connect with the app. User does not exist. It finds my card but will not let me log in. Poorest quality service as well as an email has been sent to customer service with no reply. I dont know what I am still doing with this account. Fast with their invoices tho.

I absolutely love how well the search engine on this app works. I love the clear descriptions and photos. And I love that I can order from multiple stores in one online order. Please just incorporate the full books' stock available / more books

The app does not have an option to pay for 6 or 1 month. I have to log online for that. Please fix.

I cant login to my online profile it keeps on saying user not found. Not so long ago I've been using the same system to purchase stuff and pay my account online. 💔

I wish there was a function to remove out of stock items from the shopping bag because if you want to check out more than one item but one of them is out of stock it gives you an error that an item is out of stock but doesnt tell you which item so you you are unable to check out
