This app fundtions well when you have a wifi or network connection but unfortunately it no longer supports offline viewing. It used to allow offline viewing but this functionality was removed in the last year or so. Most of the times I read CEP was when I was offline. Without offline viewing my opportunities for using this app are significantly reduced.
